  Adult Programs:
   

Senior's Sharing Stories: The Friends of the Library will be hosting this program for local seniors. Anyone can drop by and join in an afternoon of reminiscing and refreshments. It is held quarterly in the History Room in the Library. Dates will be posted when available.
          
Card-making Workshops:  These workshops are held in the History Room at the library every 6-7 weeks. For a small fee, participants make several cards or other papercrafts with high quality materials and learn a variety of stamping techniques. Pre-registration is required.  

Reel Alternatives: This initiative brings independent and/or foreign films to our community every third Thursday of the month. The films are shown at Reel to Reel Cinemas in Lacombe. Advanced single tickets are sold at the library or at Kavaccino's, single tickets are also available at the door. We also offer sampler passes (a packet of 6 single admission tickets) for a reduced price. Check the Reel Alternatives home page for more details.
